A  Seven Isles Drive

Founded by homeowners for home owners, the Seven Isles Homeowners Association, Inc. promotes the safety of Seven Isles Community.

The $300.00 voluntary contribution paid by the Seven Isles residents per quarter pays for security, police patrols, upkeep of the security guardhouse and patrol vehicle, as well as improvements to the community in general. A resident’s contribution to active duty security determines the number of hours each quarter.

While the guardhouse is not manned, our security officers patrol the streets during the day and at night. Criminals have been deterred and detected by this method.

A unique entrance and exit point of Seven Isles is equipped with state-of-the-art video surveillance cameras to monitor and record all vehicular and pedestrian traffic.

Security guards are not a substitute for police (who should also be contacted for emergencies and to report crimes), but there has been no crime in the Seven Isles community since it was established!

Do you live in Seven Isles as a new resident? The best thing we can do to maintain our quality of life, the safety of our community, and our property values is to have you join our association. Welcome to Seven Isles! Please give us a call or send us a message if you have any questions.
